Why are Decorators unavailable for Table (and TableTree)? [message #278440]

R2.1 (still pushing my team to migrate to 3.0, wheeze, push)

As far as I can tell from reading the docs, the article, and the javadocs for the relevant classes,
the whole decorator mechanism only applies to TreeViewers. If one wants to display resources or any
other kind of thing with decorators in a TableViewer (or a TableTreeViewer), there does not seem to
be any way. Have I understood this correctly? If there is a way, what is it?
