when using the Eclipse Update Manager in (Eclipse 3.1M4) to install some
features that I have stored there. It's not just the download that is
slow. The verification of several files hangs several minutes before
proceeding. The update succeeds eventually though, after 15 minutes or so.
There's no network traffic and no CPU-consumption during the periods where
the installation is hung.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems?
