Mark,
An EMF ResourceSet can be associated with a single CDO ResourceManager,
which is associated with a single Net4j Channel, which talks with the
Mapper instance of a single server. So the answer is 'no' at the moment.
You can have different ResourceSets on different servers, but these can't
