Is it OK to announce the release of a new version?

, Tool Labels Plugin (tool-labels-plugin) 3.0 was just released, although the Plugin Central is not updated yet. It will be manually downloadable from the Maven Central Repository soon.

This plugin allows users to add labels dynamically to every node with a specific tool installation so that a job can restrict the nodes where it runs by their tool locations.

For more information (including an example use case), please visit the repository wiki. Let me know if you have any question or comment.

Thanks for releasing the new version. Yes, this is the right forum to announce the release of the plugin. I uploaded to PluginCentral.

If the plugin is released via OSS Nexus (as explained here , then we get the notification and one of the Hudson team member will upload it to the plugin central. If you release by other methods, then you can let us know via hudson-dev AT eclipse DOT org mailing list.
