Acceleo 3.3.0 - Papyrus

I have created a uml file with Papyrus Plugin and i would like generate un sql file.
Actually, I generate a file with the table and PrimaryKey.

But i don't know how to proceed to generate ForeignKey with acceleo ?
How i can find the multiplicity ?
