The Zip file seems to be rather a Method Library that comprises of one
Method Plugin.
When you unzip it you can load it into EPF Composer using the File ->
Open -> Method Library operation.
To import the one Method Plug-in that this library contains into any other
library, you need to export it first using File -> Export -> Method Plugins;
then load your library and import it with File -> Import -> Method Plug-in.
