Jerry,
If your machine at work can at least go through proxy (ask your network
administrator), this guide should help you to configure Eclipse to use
the proxy:

Installing Eclipse (on Windows at least) is just a matter of unzipping
it and running the eclipse.exe executable. It will prompt you for a
location to create a workspace in, which you might want to change from
the default.
The only other step that is hihgly recommended before running Eclipse is
to tell it specifically what JVM to run in (a JDK, as opposed to a JRE,
is best if you're doing Java development). See this wiki page for the
