Assume I want to use Seam in one of my Eclipse java projects.
How do I add it?

Where do I find the plug-in?

For just general stuff - seamframework.org
For Eclipse tooling - www.jboss.org/tools

For Eclipse 3.4, you can use these update sites:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/ (last stable release)
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/trunk/ (bleeding
edge release)
