JobManager.getInstance().currentJob() does not return the current job
(that runs in the current thread) if the job is a UIJob.

If you think you have found a bug and after a quick search in the Eclipse
bugzilla you do not find an already reported problem, please report the
problem so it can be addressed/fixed.
