When I move my project from e3 to e4, I got some problems about KeyBinding:
A. I failed to use EContextService.‍activateContext or ‍deactivateContext to Use or Abandon KeyBindings.It just has no effect
B. I failed to open KeysPreferencePage because ituses e3's IWorkbench‍to init KeyController.‍
