You could try webmaster@eclipse.org
But keep in mind that most of the Eclipse employees are probably well
along the path to intoxication right now at the committers Ganymede
celebration party.
By the way, are you sure you are logging in with the same email address
that you gave when you made the donation? I just did my donation this
morning and was immediately able to download using the Friends mirror.

You should not put words into anyone's mouth in a condescending or
insulting way, especially those who give their time for free in an
effort to help you. Doing so is definitely NOT the open-source way.
