I downloaded and installed Eclipse Luna JEE edition SR1 onto a system that does not have an internet connection. When I create Maven project I get errors that the maven-compiler-plugin 2.5.1 is missing. So I downloaded that and installed it into ~/.m2 manually now I get this error:
Could not transfer artifact org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-utils:jar:1.1 ...
The mvnrepository.com page for the maven-compiler-plugin 2.5.1 lists several dependencies, which may have dependencies, etc. etc.:
Kepler didn't have this problem. Apparently Luna requires an internet connection to download Maven plugins in order to get the Eclipse/Maven integration working.
Is there a download site where we can get all the dependencies needed by Luna JEE for those of us who use Luna offline? This is really needed.
