Hi,

Is it possible to run MPC in a headless mode ( without gui) and install plugins?

You can use the p2 Director to install plugins via the commandline, see http://help.eclipse.org/luna/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Fguide%2Fp2_director.html
