I am trying to validate parameters that are passed in to a report. If the user is allowed to view the report on the "STUDY_ID" that is passed in then we run the report, but if not we want to present the parameter page.

I can't find any decent examples to allow me to register a Parameter event in a manner similar to the ReportEvent or DataSet event handlers. Any ideas?
