Hi,

I've seen this a few times but don't remember where: When selecting a
"Show in explorer" action, or maybe the "Link selection" button in the
project explorer, in the context of filtered elements, there's a pop-up
dialog saying something like: "Some filters need to be deactivated to
the elements to be shown". Can anyone tell me where that happens so I
can check out how it works?

Thanks,
Felix

That sounds like the Common Navigator.

Brian.

Yes, it's of course a common navigator, but the described behaviour is
not part of it. I have learned how to search github (wow, that's
powerful!):
https://github.com/search?q=some+filters+user%3Aeclipse+extension%3Aproperties&type=Code&ref=searchresults

So there's 3 eclipse projects that seem to have copied the described
behavior. Maybe they all use the same implementation, but if not, I'd
vote to put this into CNF core API. I'll check.
