Is a Maven repository that is providing the version 2.7.0-SNAPSHOT of org.eclipse.xtend:xtend-maven-plugin exist?

I'm needing this "development" version since it is fixing some issues that are useful for my DSL project (www.sarl.io). I'm able to compile my DSL project inside Eclipse, but not on the command line.
