You've come to the right place to ask questions about downloading,
installing and running Eclipse. For the question you do ask, however,
this isn't the forum you're looking for.
If you're interested in any programming language, Google for tutorials.
If you're interested in Java, do that and visit javaranch.com.
If you have questions on any programming language particulars, join
stackoverflow.com and learn to use it to ask questions.
What comes after Hello World depends completely on the sort of
programming you want to do. The possibilities are endless.
Best of luck!
Cheers

You should find a programming forum in which to ask such a question.
This forum isn't for that.
