Hi Carsten,

good to hear that someone is writing a thesis about Riena. I would love to hear more details on what you are doing.

As for referencable documentation, we have the Wiki with some documents about some components in Riena. There are
multiple sample projects that show how to use the UI and Remote Services and so on.

And we have roughly 1500 unit tests I believe that we use for ourselves and others to learn how to use Riena and its
components.

There are of course also slides of presentations in the web about presentations that I or has gave about Riena.

Thats all I can think of...

Looking forward to hear more details about your thesis...

Hi,

thank you Christian and Frank for the useful information.

I try to give you some more information about the thesis I?m about to write.
At first I have to say that it is not the final master thesis but a so
called prohect thesis, which is a bit smaller than the final thesis.
The context is "Enterprise Application Integration" and my intention is to
show how to build client-server-application based on OSGi with Eclipse
Riena.
What I?m currently doing is trying how to learn how to use riena (I?ve
already two years experience with eclipse RCP). The next big challenge is to
get an idea of an example application, which looks practical and with which
I can show most of the riena functionality.

Greetz,
Carsten
