Hi there.
I run vista64 + ganymede(64bit version, found that it's the only one
working) + jboss AS 5 all up to date. I use jre/jdk version 6 update 12.
I installed jboss tools and webtools. I have an online game application to
go on with developement so I need to run the project in debug mode AND
with broadcast option enabled (-b 0.0.0.0) but all I can do is to add a
new server in the "server view" without any configuration option (doing
right click almost no options are available).
I really need to go on "run/debug configurations" and add a new server to
launch my app with, but the server list appears completely empty and I
can't figure how to add my jboss instance there.
Any help is really appreciated since I'm stuck in pre-production steps.
I don't know how I did before since I ran everything under xp32 and ported
the conf files to run under 64. On prior installation the server list was
already filled with no effor afaik.
Thanks

Paolo, Italy

Hi Paolo,

did you add the server runtime environment in "Window" -> "Preferences" ->
"Server" -> "Runtime Environments"?

By the way: did you install a 64 bit JRE? If yes: reinstall a 32 bit java + 32
bit eclipse + 32 bit JBoss.

Best regards

Wolfgang
