I have looked into firefox and ie how it does. This requires
configuration or adding ie or firefox library through library wizard. But
my requirement is to add this by default or programmetically (like ECMA
scripts which are available by default to all projects).

If any one had gone through the same requirement, your inputs are highly
required.
