How to generate horizontal line at the end of folding sections? [message #1276647]

I have created my own sub-class of TextEditor for a language that uses nested procedures. Parsing, editing and folding works perfectly fine. But to separate the procedures visually, I have to add real lines of text. Instead I would like to automatically draw a horizontal (pixel) line there where the procedure ends.

Any suggestions/examples how I could achieve that?
