You'll need to get help from those communities: eclipse.org doesn't
produce the plug-ins you're having trouble with.

PyDev belongs to appcelerator not Eclipse. You should be aware that it
is written on top of the Eclipse platform but is not a product/project
that is supported by eclipse.org. You'll need to locate a PyDev forum in
which to ask.
