Enumeration #"Rule" doesn't work [message #1271321]

Hello all,
I have an enumeration value Rule and I can't use it with #Rule nor #"Rule". All other values are working fine.

I got it working by adding another Enumeration value in front of it, ATL doesn't pick up the first Enumeration value. Is this a bug or not?
