XYLayoutPolicy Ignores Position of Nodes [message #205021]

Hi,

I am using an XYLayout policy to manage a GEF diagram. When I start
the application and modify the nodes positions on the screen everything
works properly and the nodes are shown in their new positions.
Additionally, the underlying persistent store is being updated properly.
However, when i restart the application the nodes have been moved
around into a diagonal line positions and I have to move each node
around to it's former location? Why is each object Position() not being
used? I think it has something to do with the layout policy.

Any ideas?
