I feel like an absolute dolt!

I created a JSF application and am trying to remotely debug it on my
apache tomcat server. I did a "Run As.. -> Remote Java Application"
before and it worked fine! Now, the option is gone!

I do have the "Run on Server" option. Is that the same thing?

If JSF behaves like any other Dynamic Web Project, then yes, Run on
Server is what I think you are looking for.
