The latest last "0.15 Stream Integration Builds":

I20131221-2200
I20131220-2200
I20131219-2200
I20131218-2200

do not include any data neither files for manual download nor p2 files.

Updatesite: http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.15-I-builds/

is working but the last build there is: 20131216-1546

as you can see from the status mails on e4-dev [1], nothing has changed
anyway.
