I've already downloaded org.eclipse.jst.server.websphere.core from CVS, and
it seems it will not be difficult.

However, I don't know how to compile the whole thing.

What are the required projects and setup for building this new plugin and
integrating into a feature?

Where can I look for more documentation for this task?

When I downloaded from CVS, the project is not marked as a Plugin Project,
Is that correct?
