WTP 2.0 RC1 / RC2 doesn't show J2EE perspective or WEB project types [message #193898]

I have the Servers view, but no J2EE perspective, no JSP / HTML / XML file
support and no WEB project type
what do I do wrong?

I tried with RC1, and now with RC2, both manually installing (including all
or via europa update site
nothing works...

Please help :)
