Hello all,
I have searched and read so many tutorials how to debug with tomcat, but I could
not find anything to help me.
Let me explain:
We have a runnig Axis2 web service (already implemented). But the problem is,
that we have some strange behavoir without any exceptions or other errors.
I could just create some sysouts for debugging, but with source code debugging
it would be much more elegant, I think. The problem is, that I am quite new to
Tomcat, Axis2 and debugging both, so I need your help.
I have installed tomcat (5.5.24) and configured it to listen to remote debugging
on port 8000. Then I have configured eclipse for remote dubugging as explained
in this tutorial: http://wso2.org/library/225
But now my question. How to set debug points in my webservice? We build the aar
with ant, so the classes are compiled by ant. Should I jar the classes build by
eclipse (do they have the debug points compiled inside??)?
Thanks for help,
Adam
