Hi folks,
I have implemented in-place text editing using a DirectEditManager and a
CellEditor containing the GEF text editor that's implemented in the
sample code. What I'd like to do now is enter edit mode, select a range
of text, and click a toolbar button to set a style (e.g. bold) on that
selection. The problem is that clicking the toolbar control causes the
CellEditor to immediately lose focus, exiting edit mode.
Obviously the CellEditor has to respond to lost focus in most situations
-- that's how the DirectEditManager commits changes. How can I get it
to selectively lose focus so I can click the "Big B" button or select a
font from a combo box?
Thanks,
Fred
