Hi all,

recently I updated to WTP 2.0M1 (w/ all deps) using Eclipse Platform
3.3M2 (on Windows XP). I use Tomcat 5.5.17.

Everything works like a charm except for one thing: Normally I change
the context in my server.xml files to reloadable="false" and I restart
the server manually. With the new versions, this setting doesn't seem to
have any impact: The server is restarted every time I save a dirty file
(JSP, XML or Java source code) which slows down my development process
significatnly :/

Is there any option I don't see? :)

Thank you,
Sebastian

Hi,

sorry for replying to myself, but problem solved :)

> Is there any option I don't see? :)

Yes it is :) The preferences option Server/Launching/"Automatically
restart servers when necessary" was checked. Unchecking this options
solves the "problem" :)

I don't know if this option is new in WTP 2.0 or if it was simply
unchecked in my previous installation (pre 2.0), but I have definitely
not checked it manually!
