I installed the latest All-In-One and it works okay with IBM Websphere
Application Server Community edition (i.e., Geronimo) to run a simple JSP
or a servlet. But I want to use JSTL 1.1 and don't know how to specify it
in the JSP. With the IBM Rational Application Developer 6.0 IDE when I
select new...jsp it gives me the option to check off which JSTL taglibs to
automatically include support for. But with Eclipse and All-In-One there no
option for this ... even searching in the help system for jstl give no
results.
Where do I begin? Do I have to download the JSTL jar files myself? Do
they come with All-In-One? Thanks in advance.

I found an answer that works. At this URL is an explanation of the where to
go to download the JSTL and an excellent explanation of the difference
between version 1.0 and 1.1:

downlad the JSTL:
