How do I use JSTL in JSP using All-In-One [message #175349]

automatically include support for. But with Eclipse and All-In-One there no
option for this ... even searching in the help system for jstl give no
results.
Where do I begin? Do I have to download the JSTL jar files myself? Do
they come with All-In-One? Thanks in advance.
