Ask again - Failed deployment on Oracle Application server [message #175299]

I use eclipse wtp 1.5 and Oracle Application server version 10.1.3 on
Windows(not a OC4J Standalone). I create a new server with a Oracle J2EE
home <OAS_HOME>\j2ee\home and with a jdk, that comes with OAS(1.5.0.05).
When i try to deploy my project on the Oracle Application Server
deployment stops on starting virtual machine and shows message box -
Timeout waiting for OCI Standalone v10.1.3 to start. Server did not start
after 300000s. Same thing with a default jdk(1.5.0.06). How to deploy my
application on a Oracle Application server version 10.1.3?
