Yes, this is a current known limitation. I suppose there should be a bug
in the system about this.

I'm not clear on what you're saying - could you file a bug and I'll
trace it down?

Once a day.
I see that VE now has data on the dashboard, so I'm going to guess that
the problem has vanished due to the passage of time.
