How can I get WTP to read libs in my CATALINA_HOME/shared/lib directory? [message #172914]

I have an application that depends on jars and configuration files residing
the tomcat shared folder. I can get the eclipse compiler to recognize the
jars when I add them as a library, but whenever I try to launch and
application from WTP, the web app doesn't recognize anything but WEB-INF/lib
and CATALINA_HOME/common/lib. Is there a means of configuring it to
recognize shared/lib and shared/classes ? I'm using tomcat 5.5.x and
Callisto (WTP 1.5), but I don't think these issues are version-specific.
