If I understand what you're doing, I would point out to you that Eclipse
workspaces are not portable between hosts. If you're trying to use
Dropbox to accomplish this, sooner or later you'll run into trouble.
What is portable is the Eclipse project. Putting that in Dropbox is
perfectly appropriate and not likely to create trouble for you.
You can import your project from any path into a new Eclipse workspace
by File -> Import -> General -> Import Existing Projects into Workspace.
Or come back and ask for help here.
Hope this helps.

Ah, OK. So is this right? I change my workspace back to someplace on my hard drive and then export the project I'm working on to Dropbox at the end of each session? Then, if I'm at another machine, I import the project from Dropbox into the local workspace of that machine? In there any way to automate the import/export part?
