Hi,

I'd like to embed the XML editor (optionally with both the design and
source tabs) in another editor. Is this possible? If so, can someone point
me to a good place to get started?

I'm not sure you can nest the tabs (doubt it).

What you can do is a Multi Part Editor in which one of the nested editor
is
the StructuredSourceEditor.

You can start with downloading the examples plugin, install it, import
(with source) the MultiPart Editor and then substitute the TextEditor page
with the
StructuredSourceEditor.

try {
editor = new StructuredTextEditor();
int index = addPage(editor, getEditorInput());
setPageText(index, editor.getTitle());
} catch (PartInitException e) {
...

You will need to declare a dependency on org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui.

You can also probably find out how to include the tab with the model view
in another page but I've not tried that yet.
