Library Explorer shows nothing (2.1RC4) [message #169229]

I tried to use the library feature in version 2.1RC4 but it
appears as if the library manager is not working at all.
The library explorer view remains emtpy after creating a new
library. Closing and reopening eclipse has no effect.

Has anybody experienced the same problem? Is this a bug?
(I used the All-In-One Download.)

Peter,

The library explorer only shows libraries that have been published.
Publish it (File menu) and then refresh the library explorer.
The location is configurable under preferences.
