Need help Creating an ImageDescriptor [message #166667]

I am trying to create an ImageDescriptor. In the createFromFileMethod I am
not sure what is meant by the location parameter. It refers to a class but
I have no idea how this should be used. In the CreateFrom URL method I am
not sure how to create the URL. How do you get the install URL? I am not
using a plugin, I am creating this directly for the main toolbar using the
Rich client platform.
