When I installed everything on the same machine, MS Word Edit and the
previews worked nicely.

However, now I am running client/server, nothing happens when I pick MS
Word Edit or one of the Word previews.

Is this because I don't have MS Word installed on the machine running the
app server, or is there something else I need to do?

This is sort of answered but I'd still like to know what the underlying
problem was.

I found the following:

Run oseeLocal.exe and give it a new, empty, workspace to use. Switch to
Define perspective and close down.

Run oseeAppServerRemotec.exe and give it the workspace from above to use.
It can now open the appropriate artifacts in MS Word.

Use the old workspace again and it still can't.

Copy .osee.data from the new workspace to the old one and it now can.

What in the workspace tells OSEE it can use MS Word please?
