ckeditor Custom Widget example - JS unpacked [message #1089983] |

Is there a SIMPLE example of a Custom Widget using RemoteAPI somewhere?
I've tried to use CKEditor, which is great, and it works just fine, but the JS for this is overcomplex as a basic example.
The GoogleMaps example from older API seems straight-forward, but there is no RemoteAPI version of this yet as far as I can see? (did I miss it somewhere?)
If I am to persevere with CKEditor, is there an unpacked copy of the ckeditor.js that I can use for reference?
Or even better, a 'how to' guide, like there was for the old GoogleMaps control before RemoteAPI came along?
Thanks, John

Just because you can doesn't mean you should

Hi John,
Tim started a Wiki here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/RAP/Custom_Widgets_FAQ
We will extend it over time.
