Hi

My task is to create to epf xml. I have referred some epf xml. The method Library element contains an id attribute. For example

1. <? Xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"? >
<uma:MethodLibrary xmlns:xsi="" xmlns:uma="http://www.eclipse.org/epf/uma/1.0.3" name="Library4" briefDescription="" id="_rEYToLx3EeKj_40upcvJIQ" orderingGuide="" suppressed="false" authors="" changeDescription="" version="" tool="epf=1.2.0">
</ MethodLibrary>
In what logic EPF generates this id attribute value.

2. Also please provide steps to follow to create EPF xml. Please provide some reference material for the same.
