Hi Sunny,
I am afraid that I don't have a direct solution, Texo uses buckminster for building which takes care of doing all the
plugins.
But maybe someone else knows how to create a plugins in a batch manner.
The Texo plugins don't need any special build steps by themselves, there is java code and for the rest nothing special.
