Rene Richter wrote on Wed, 15 May 2013 10:42Hey,
I managed to run an emf editor in RAP 1.5.x quite easily.
The following problem(s) occur when I try to create an editor in RAP 2.0 /2.1:
Quote:The bundle "org.eclipse.emf.rap.common.ui_2.7.0.v20130125-0826 [166]" could not be resolved. Reason: Missing Constraint: Require-Bundle: org.eclipse.rap.ui; bundle-version="[1.5.0,2.0.0)"
Quote:The bundle "org.eclipse.emf.rap.edit.ui_2.8.0.v20130125-0826 [167]" could not be resolved. Reason: Missing Constraint: Require-Bundle: org.eclipse.rap.ui; bundle-version="[1.5.0,2.0.0)
My configuration looks as follows:
-Eclipse Juno SR2
-RAP Tools 2.0.0 & RAP Tools upgrade for Juno
-Target Platform
EMF RAP Target Components 2.8.3.v20130125-0826 (from the juno update site)
RAP Basic Equinox Target 2.1.0.2013056-2049
RAP Runtime 2.1.0.20130506-1748
RAP SDK 2.1.0.20130506-1748
Since the available rap.ui bundle version is 2.1.0, the thrown exception seems not to be very surprising to me. Anyway, is there any way to fix this issue or has anyone made emf and RAP 2.x work together successfully yet?
I considered finding "newer" EMF RAP Target Components with revised emf.rap.common.ui and emf.rap.edit.ui bundles but did find nothing.
Any help is appreciated
Hi Rene Richter,
Now i have the same problem, can you tell me, do you find the solution? thank you very much!
