Accessing Filters from IQuery's executeQuery Method [message #1058076]

I'm building a BIRT custom data source and I was wondering if it was possible to access the data set's filters from the org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.oda.IQuery.executeQuery() method? I've been having a really hard time figuring out where the filter data is stored for a BIRT data set.

I've attached a screenshot of the filter page whose values I would like to access in the executeQuery method.

Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.
