How do I read from the console of the target platform? [message #1043531]

I am developing a plugin and I have two Eclipse instances, One is the development platform and the other is the target platform, When a plug-in in the target platform reads a message from Scanner.next(), it reads the message in the Console view of the development platform, but I wanna read it from target platform, anyone could help me? Thank you.
