We are currently using Hudson v1.393 on a solaris x86 to schedule only a few jobs, but want to consider a centralized job scheduler for our 80-100 daily jobs . Most are currently in Cron in 20+ machines. My concern is if the hudson server crashes for any reason , we may have 100 jobs not run at all. Is there way to create a redundant hudson server, to eliminate a single point of failure ???? Has anyone else experienced this and what is my options regarding Hudson ?
Thanks
Mike

A while ago we discussed about fail-safe Hudson setup and I came up with something like the following figure. I have written in detail about how to set this up in my up coming book Hudson Continuous Integration in practice.
