Exception when trying to set the timeout for the Dataset [message #1039843]

I am currently using BIRT 3.7.1. I have the reports running in a web application on the server. The reports are generated and either saved to the database or displayed as PDF's. I am trying to set a timeout so that if the report generation takes too long, let's say more than 2 minutes, then it will timeout. The way I do this is by going to the report template data set and going to the property binding tab where it says "Query timeout in seconds" and setting the timeout to 120. When I then hit the preview tab in eclipse to try and generate a sample report I get the ReportServiceException. When I show the stack trace it says NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/jdbc/driver/OracleTimeout which is typically when a library is missing.The driver class for my data source is OracleDriver (v11.2). When I go to manage drivers I see ojdbc6.jar there, which I believe is where the class is supposed to be. What do I have to do to get the report generation to work within Eclipse? If you need any more information please ask. When I deploy the application with the updated template, the report runs fine and no exception is thrown. Here is the stack trace.
