Hi everyone.

The first cut high level requirements model is now available on ORMF's
wiki at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Requirements_Model. Comments are
eagerly sought and warmly encouraged.

Oops, trailing full stop in the hyperlink to the wiki page causes
havoc. The correct hyperlink
is http://wiki.eclipse.org/Requirements_Model
