I'm from Brazil and I am finishing my college, but I have to prepare a final course work, chosen as the theme to develop a plug-in for Eclipse, transforming a UML class diagram in OWL.

I need help, I have some doubts.
1 - In the case of my project, the User will click the template file that contains the class diagram drawn in an eclipse plugin itself, eg TOPCASED or PAPYRUS and so then my plug-in will map the file and the poesteiormente corresponding OWL file generation.
In the example of Vogella it restricts the user to only be able to click on Java files, through a class ICompilationUnit, what would be the class corresponding to the modeling environment?
Anyone know inform me.
Is there a good book that talks about developing sink plug-ins?
